About the event
Hypnotherapy is using intentional focus to access deeper states of consciousness, as well as perceptions and beliefs you may not be aware of. This group session is much like Guided Meditation, using language & imagery techniques to relax your mind and body and go deeper within. You will be guided to a quiet safe place, receive positive affirmations as well as provoke positive insightful visuals and emotions. Bring a journal if you desire.
No experience necessary!
