About the event
You are invited to this beautiful profound Breathwork Event to bring MASSIVE Clarity and Heal and Resolve Stuck or Negative Emotions. You may release subconscious blocks, you may receive surprising new insights, you may gain the clarity you need for a big decision, and you may awaken yourself towards self compassion, empowerment and strength.
You will be guided, along with intentional music, towards a deeply relaxed state, get grounded and make intentions for the session. Thereafter, we will use a concious conneted breathing technique and somatic exercises to release, heal, shift, expand awareness, and absorb positive affirmations.
Please bring a journal, and any items that may add to your comfort. ( blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc)
There will be mats and bolsters provided.
