Rooting Yourself Back To Your Being

Create an inner calm, joy and wellbeing, by taking 10 minutes each day to ask yourself a few questions, reflect, and affirm your presence, your worthiness, and purpose. You'll also find yourself cultivating a deep sense of love and grace in your everyday life. When you fill yourself with love for yourself, others, and the planet, fear cannot survive. This is life transforming; living in a state of abundance, connectedness, and fearlessness. Be prepared for big emotional and spiritual shifts throughout this process.

In this never ending personal quest we call life, we are all navigating with our own set of beliefs and perceptions as well as operating on different levels of consciousness. It sometimes may be easy to get caught up in a robotic consciousness, or outdated emotional patterns or behaviors. It is surprising how much of our life is just memorized conditioned patterns of thinking and acting, just being repeated over and over. To break this cycle, and live with intention and meaning, we must start with an awareness and gratitude in each waking moment. We are ultimately raising our consciousness and rooting ourselves back to our true being.

Your Inner Truth

Choose to live life AWAKE. Let's start by taking a few moments of uninterrupted time to start connecting with YOURSELF, taking that step towards living with intention. Ask yourself if you are on your golden path? Wisdom comes from reflecting more.

Find a quiet place to sit where you won't be disturbed. Soften your gaze or gently close your eyes. Send a wave of relaxation through your body, starting with the crown of your head, all the way down to the tips of your toes. Imagine, sense and feel a warm relaxing wave flowing through you. Sit in stillness for a few minutes. Switching off your automatic pilot and waking up to your truth, your inner being.
