Become Inspired!

Do you treat yourself AS IF you already ARE what you aspire to be?

This is the secret to becoming inspired. 


Whatever you envision for yourself, begin acting AS IF what you would like to become is already your reality. Cultivate a clear vision. Let your imagination play.


Try these 5 simple exercises to become inspired.


1. Make a concerted effort to step out of your comfort zone. Push yourself to take some risks. Ask more questions.


2. Visualize. Place your thoughts on what you’d like to become. Get in that FEELING state as if is 100% true. Allow yourself be absorbed. Your energy should be on what you intend to manifest! 


3. Start doing things, that the person you want to be, would do. ACT as that person would act in all aspects of your life. Walk, talk, hold your posture the way that person would.


4. Positive affirmations. Make a list of affirmations that resonate with you. Repeat them everyday. You have to believe in yourself!


5. Surround yourself with nature. There is something sublime about being in Mother Nature. 




As your inner aspirations work in harmony with the forces of the universe, you will start to see those intentions materializing, and your dreams becoming your reality. Give these an honest try. Enjoy!
