Brainspotting (BSP) is a psychotherapy technique that focuses on identifying, processing and releasing emotional stress, anxiety, trauma and imbalances using aspects of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing.  Brainspotting helps people address and work through negative responses, memories, and emotions which alleviates many different type of issues, and regulates the nervous system, bringing a sense of coherence between the brain and body.  BSP tends to yield faster and better results over EMDR and traditional talk therapy.  It is very safe, effective and driven with mindfulness.
