This unique 2hr retreat begins with a lucia light experience, which creates an altered state of consciousness and enhanced perspectives of oneself, and the world. As you close your eyes and go deep within yourself, you will be guided into a Hypno-Breathwork session with a beautiful marrying of the light.
Get ready to heal, shift, and delete outdated beliefs, anxieties, trauma, and pain, so you can liberate yourself, heal on the deepest level, and sense WHOLENESS and CONNECTEDNESS.
We will then harmonize and integrate through a positive visionary meditation and ecstatic dance, which will leave you feeling inspired, empowered, grateful and FREE.
