Join Erin and Sophie for a night of connecting, sharing, playing instruments, chanting, meditating, and feeling safe to be your expressive self.
This community circle is for you if you would like the support, understanding and connection from a soul level of like minded individuals. You get the opportunity to increase your self-awareness, discover and love the being you are, and be seen and heard in a compassionate safe space. This container of co-creation is an invitation to find and remain in truth, calm, and lead from the heart. We will deepen our self awareness, self expression, and fuel creativity. It is a spiritual family. Each class is intuitively guided and will allow you to reflect, let go of daily stressors, and elevate yourself on a multitude of levels- if you choose to. There will be a beautiful heart synchronicity as we get grounded together, and raise our vibration through voices, drums and other instruments. You will feel balanced, a sense of inner peace and vibrance, and clarity. Join this journey with us, we are so excited to meet you!
