Together we add ecstatic dance to continue our healing journey and moving energy and raising our vibration.
You will be given journal prompts, as well as contemplative self reflection questions as you journey to a beautiful place in nature where you will JUST SIMPLY BE as well as INTEGRATE all shifts and new clarity received.
