This unique light therapy experience, creates an altered awareness and perspective of oneself and the world, widening our perception of reality. Close your eyes and go deep within yourself, inviting you on a profound journey you will never forget! You will be guided into a Alchemic Breathwork session aimed to heal, shift, and delete outdated beliefs, anxieties, trauma, and pain so you can liberate yourself, heal on the deepest level and sense WHOLENESS within. Once we have released the old blocks and anchors that no longer serve our HIGHEST GOOD, you will be guided into a positive visionary Meditation, leaving you feeling inspired, empowered, loved and at peace. Together we add ecstatic dance to continue our healing journey and moving energy and raising our vibration.
You will be given journal prompts, as well as contemplative self reflection questions as you journey to a beautiful place in nature where you will JUST SIMPLY BE as well as INTEGRATE all shifts and new clarity received. Bathing in the soundscapes of Mother Nature, feel CONNECTED and ALIGNED, then join us in a closing circle, and burning bowl ritual and absorb the highest of energies as a unified group.
