Join us in a beautiful journey of honouring our inner child, healing deep rooted wounds, and integration. You will create a safe space to connect with your Inner Child and an Inner Child Integration Therapy Session. In this trauma informed approach to healing, you will be guided through imagery to help release the past blocks, look at how we behave in the present and make any changes we need for the future, while creating a safe playful space for our inner child and embody the best version of ourselves.
